Step 1

The Discovery Call

The first step in our process is our on-site consultation. It's free of charge and very intentional. A lot of times we're coming up with a direction for your project. The project manager and I design coordinator so we, as a team, can really grasp the project. We perform those consultations on Tuesday afternoons at 1:00pm.

After the on site, We will deliver a turnkey proposal to you of what we think it would take to complete the project. That would include ALL labor, materials and products.

Step 2

Next, we come to you. Joe, our Project Manager, and our Design Coordinator will meet you at your home or business to walk the space, gather measurements, take photos and videos, and start building a rough draft of your vision. You’ll get to ask questions and start seeing how the process really works. (No charge for this, as long as we’re aligned from the discovery call.)

Step 3

The proposal Presentation

Next, we come to you. Joe, our Project Manager, and our Design Coordinator will meet you at your home or business to walk the space, gather measurements, take photos and videos, and start building a rough draft of your vision. Step 4

The Onboarding Meeting

(Start of the Design Phase)

This is where we shift gears into planning mode. You’ll meet with your core team again — Joe, our PM, and our Design Coordinator — and we’ll map out your entire design phase, week-by-week. We’ll walk you through what to expect, what decisions will need to be made (cabinets, tile, fixtures, etc.), and introduce you to the tools we’ll use to make the process organized and hands-off. This is where we set the foundation for a stress-free construction experience.

Step 5

The Handoff Meeting

(End of the Design Phase)

After several weeks (typically up to 2 months) of structured design meetings, curated selections, and guided decisions, we’ll meet again to finalize every detail — literally down to the paint color code and hardware SKU. You’ll get a finalized price, start date, full schedule, and locked-in scope. This meeting marks the handoff from the design team to our build team, and it’s often when clients breathe their biggest sigh of relief: everything is done, every question answered, and construction can begin with total confidence.

Construction Begins

Thanks to the prep we’ve done together, construction is actually… easy. We’re clean, respectful, detail-obsessed, and always in communication. Our job sites are peaceful, our craftsmanship is top-tier, and your app keeps you updated on everything. We follow a closeout protocol and punch list to make sure your project finishes just as strong as it started.
