FAQ
Honest answers to help you feel confident before we even begin.
Our projects typically take 5 to 8 months total — including both the design and construction phases. We know that may sound long, but here’s the thing: that’s how long it actually takes to do it right. We’d rather give you a realistic timeline and deliver on it than make promises that fall apart halfway through.
Because we don’t “wing it.” We start only after the design phase is complete, every selection is made, and the full scope and schedule are locked in. That’s how we eliminate stress, change orders, and surprises. Starting fast might sound appealing — but finishing strong is what really matters.
Most of our renovations fall between $150,000 and $500,000 and up. The final price depends on the scope and your selections. During the design phase, we’ll explore different options together — so if you want to save, we’ll help you make smart trade-offs. If you want to upgrade, we’ll show you what that looks like, too. No surprises. No pressure.
The design phase is where 90% of the problems in most renovations can be solved before they happen. We don’t design as we go — we design everything up front. That’s how we build faster, cleaner, and with total confidence. We think of it like packing your bags before the trip. It’s not wasted time. It’s the reason the journey goes smoothly.
That’s okay — we’ll walk you through it step by step. But full transparency: clients who have worked with other contractors before usually appreciate us the most. They’ve seen the chaos — missed deadlines, blown budgets, stress and mess — and they instantly recognize how different our process is. If this is your first time, you’re in good hands. Just be ready for a high standard.
We focus on full-scope renovations — not handyman jobs or minor repairs. Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, commercial spaces — if it’s a big transformation and you want it done right, we’re the right team.
Yes. Fully licensed, fully insured, and fully committed to doing things the right way.
We’re probably not the best fit. We’re not trying to win on speed or price. We’re here for clients who value craftsmanship, clear communication, and a stress-free experience. If you want a contractor you can trust with your home or business — not just the cheapest guy available — that’s where we shine.
